Your day-of details will enhance every detail you have thoughtfully planned, and further tell your love story, making a celebration feel truly designed. From grand escort card walls and statement structures that stop guests in their tracks, to the hand-lettered cocktail menu at the bar, to the place cards waiting at every seat — these are the moments your guests photograph, linger over, and remember. And when they all speak the same visual language as your invitation suite, the effect is extraordinary.

Investment Details

At IBJ, every couple receives a high-touch experience — from your curated sample kit to your final proof — which is why we hold an established minimum investment for all events. Our minimums protect that experience, ensuring every project gets the obsessive care, dedicated time, and expert craftsmanship it deserves.

Beautiful suites are absolutely achievable at the minimum, and more elevated, statement productions are equally as possible. We'll work together to build your suite in a way that feels comfortable and exciting — as when it comes to design, the world is truly our oyster!

During your proposal, you'll choose whichever logistics feel best — we can assemble and mail your save the dates and invitations, or ship them to you to complete. For day-of items, we can deliver, setup, and breakdown the details right at the venue, or for smaller productions, we can ship them directly to you!

Investment: the minimum spend starts at $3,000 per service type, before taxes, postage, and logistics. Couples working with one of our preferred planners will receive a lower investment minimum, so be sure to mention their name in your inquiry form!

For couples getting married in 12 weeks or less and are looking for a welcome sign and seating chart only, a smaller package is available to you, which starts at $1,000, before taxes and shipping.

Final pricing varies based on guest count, design scope, materials, and logistics — IBJ couples, on average, spend $4,000 to $6,000 per service, for weddings with 150-200 guests.
