“Jackie was one of our favorite vendors. We began this process with someone else, and it went horribly to be frank, and when we began designing with Jackie a huge weight fell off our shoulders. She made the entire process from start to finish seamless and efficient, which is all you can ask for while wedding planning! We loved the software she used to show us different iterations of designs. I loved how she would show different variations of ideas and for us to choose our favorites then rework them until they were perfect. The final products were high quality and absolutely stunning. We are so happy with how everything turned out and loved working with her!!”

I am so glad I stumbled onto IBJ’s Instagram page one day while researching, because little did I know what an amazing vendor I would be working with! “One word- perfection. Jackie is an amazing human and artist. I had been obsessed with her work long before I was engaged. Most people we know order invites and RSVPs from mass producers like Shutterfly, but none of them stand in comparison to Jackie’s work. I wish we had a bigger budget for signage and stationary, but the “Hope” invitation suite was everything I was looking for. Her package even came with an invitation suite with a wax seal for us to keep and one for the photographers to use on the day of the wedding for flatlay photos, which was super important to us. Jackie was quick to respond and made the whole process seamless. Highly recommend!!”

“We had such a great experience working with Jackie! Jackie helped us create a personalized mirror seating chart for our wedding, and it came out even better than we had expected! From the start, Jackie was very prompt, personable, and organized. The booking process was seamless and stress free. She offered us her recommendations, and provided us with several options to create the vision we were looking for. We had several people with the same last name and one couple with a similar last name, but one letter off. Jackie reached out to confirm that was correct, and not just a typo on my part. The pickup/drop off was convenient, and made our lives so much easier during such a busy time! Jackie was super flexible and accommodating. “My daughter's wedding was early Nov. Inked by Jackie was one of my favorite vendors that we worked with. We came to her late in the process and she was super helpful. Jackie communicates very promptly and even pivoted when we realized that the hotel was providing the place cards a couple of weeks before the wedding. Her work was outstanding. We ordered mirrors with her caligraphy (seating chart, welcome sign, guest book) and they were beautiful. All in all, Jackie was a joy to work with in what can be a very stressful time. “Jackie is absolutely incredible to work with! I made almost all of my signage for my wedding, until I came to the welcome sign and seating chart. I finally caved and decided to take some of the stress off of myself and get help. I didn’t think anyone would be able to create what I wanted and make it as perfect as I envisioned in my head. “Inked by Jackie provided above and beyond service for my seating chart mirror. First, she was so excited to make my unique vision come to life. Then, she promptly sent me samples of materials to choose from so I could touch and see everything and she was happy to send MULTIPLE round of samples for me, just wow. She is extremely communicative and very accommodating. About 10 days before my wedding i realized I made a big mistake with my seating assignments and the printed design was already 90% done. I emailed Jackie late at night to tell her about the issue and she didn't bat an eyelash - within a mere few hours she immediately sent me the updated design files, fixed the issue, and resent to print. I was a stressed bride and she solved the issue in one easy go, it was incredible and she was more than happy to help even in a time crunch. Hire her. She exceeded my expectations 10 fold. She CARES about her work and clients deeply.”
